You may cancel your service request at no charge if done before a technician is dispatched.

If the technician has already been dispatched, a nominal visit/inspection charge may apply.
b) After Service Has Started:

Once the repair or diagnostic process has begun, cancellation is not allowed, except under special circumstances approved by management.
2. Refund Policy
a) Service Charges:

Service charges are non-refundable once the service is successfully completed and the device is returned.

In cases where the device cannot be repaired, only the diagnostic/inspection charges (if any) will be applicable.
b) Spare Parts:

Charges for replacement parts are non-refundable, unless:

The part is defective, and

We are unable to replace it under warranty within a reasonable time.

c) Advance Payments:

If you’ve paid an advance for parts or repairs and later choose not to proceed, we may deduct handling or sourcing fees, and the rest will be refunded at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
4. Warranty & Service Rework

If there is an issue within the warranty period, we offer free rework or replacement as applicable.

Refunds are not provided for warranty claims, but we stand by our repair guarantee and will fix the issue again at no extra cost.
